- Chicken fillet700 g
- Macerated Garlic2 unit(s)

- Spicy paprika1/2 coffee spoon
- Lemon Juice1/2 unit(s)
- Sliced Ham250 g
- Mozzarella cut into sticks150 g
- Corn280 g
- cream cheese2 tablespoon
- Sour cream200 g
- Tomato sauce300 g
- Grated Mozzarella120 g
- Cut the fillets into thick sticks and season with salt, garlic, paprika and lemon juice.
- Wrap each chicken stick with a Mozzarella stick in the ham and set aside.
- In a refractory put the tomato sauce on the bottom and the chicken on top.
- Beat the cream of milk, corn and cottage cheese in the blender.
- Coat the chicken with the creamed corn mixture.
- Sprinkle the grated mozzarella and take it to the oven to gratin.
- Serve warm with a leaf salad or with straw potatoes and white rice.
