- Fine herbs2 tablespoon
- Butter1 cup
- Natural orange juice300 ml
- White wine500 ml
- Water1/2 cup
- Salt1 to taste
- Turkey1 unit(s)
- Make the marinade: chop the garlic cloves and mix with half a cup of parsley, fine herbs, white wine and orange juice
- Leave the turkey in this seasoning the day before before roasting to enjoy the seasonings well.
- On the day of roasting, remove the turkey and place it in the oven that is suitable for its size.
- Pass the marinade through a sieve, reserve the liquid and the solid part (seasonings) separately.
- Mix the butter and solid seasonings in which the chicken was soaked with a fork, adding the rest of the chopped parsley.
- With a sharp knife, make holes in the turkey and insert the seasoned butter into the holes.
- Bathe the turkey with the marinade liquid
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours, until soft.
- Then remove the aluminum and leave it for another 30 minutes until it becomes golden and always bathe it with the broth from the roasting pan.
