- Approximately 1 chicken breast500 g
- Yellow pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Red Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Large Onion1 unit(s)
- Large Tomato1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves6 unit(s)
- Water250 ml
- Seasoning I used cumin, saffron, pepperoni1 to taste
- Pinch of salt1 to taste
- Cut the peppers into cubes and set aside
- Cut the chicken into cubes, mix with all the seasonings and bring to a low heat along with the onion and garlic cloves to brown.
- After browning, add the tomato and water little by little.
- After adding all the water, still on low heat, add the peppers that were reserved.
- Keep on low heat for a few minutes and after noticing that the broth has thickened, remove from the heat and serve.
