- Wing drumstick1 kg
- Squeezed garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Bahian seasoning1 dessert spoon
- Lemon pepper1 teaspoon
- Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Beaten egg2 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs1 cup
- Smoked paprika1 dessert spoon
- Saffron1 teaspoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Dried parsley and chives1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, season the wing drumsticks well and let marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Place in a pan and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes (enough to cook)
- Then drain all the broth and set aside
- To coat: a container with the beaten eggs, another container with the breadcrumbs, paprika, saffron, parsley, chives and grated parmesan cheese
- Dip the cooked chicken drumsticks first in the beaten eggs
- Then in the seasoned breadcrumbs, repeat the process until all the drumsticks are coated.
- Preheat the airfryer to 200 degrees, place the chicken in the basket and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden
- Ready!
