- Cut the chicken into fillets, wash well and blanch with hot water and lemon.
- Then season, leave it in the seasoning for a few minutes, then brown them in the oil, as soon as they are golden, place a platter.
- For the cream of corn: Sauté the chopped onion in butter, add the corn with the water and the chicken knor broth.
- When it boils, add the cream, mix well and hit the blender.
- Note: If you prefer a smoother cream, beat more and pass through a sieve.
- Put the cream on top of the chicken and sprinkle grated cheese on top and let it brown in the oven at 210°
