- Season the Chicken, drizzle with the lemon and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then put it in the oven to bake until golden.
- In another pan add garlic, onion and a little oil after sautéing. Lower the fire and add the milk with the Maizena dissolved when it thickens you put the cream, hit the salt.
- After the sauce is ready, add the already roasted chicken to this sauce, let it boil a little longer and finish with the cilantro.
- Tip: If your sauce gets thick, just add water little by little and leave it in the consistency you like. You can make a larger amount just add more amounts of the ingredients.
