- Diced chicken fillet400 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Diced tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Tomato Passata1 cup
- cream cheese200 g
- Salt0 to taste
- Black pepper0 to taste

- Lettuce1 unit(s)
- Macerated Garlic6 unit(s)
- For the rice - heat 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté 2 units of macerated garlic, add the rice and let it sauté a little more then add salt and hot water, cover and cook until the liquid dries up and becomes soft.
- For the chicken - cut the fillet into cubes and season with salt, crushed garlic and pepper - heat 6 tablespoons of oil and brown the chicken cubes - add the onion and tomato and then the tomato paste and let it cook - add the cottage cheese stir well and finish with the parsley.
- For the salad - cut cucumber into cubes and lettuce into strips and season with salt, oil and vinegar.
