- Corn2 can(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Cottage cheese1 can(s)
- Straw Potato 1 pack1 to taste
- Mozzarella250 g
- Pressure cook the chicken breast. Around 30 minutes. unravel.
- In a pan, sauté garlic, onion, shredded chicken, cilantro, salt and any seasonings you like.
- In the blender, beat the two cans of corn with the two cans of cream and cottage cheese.
- After mixing the liquid from the blender to the already seasoned chicken breast in the pan, then stir for approximately 2 minutes. It cannot stick the bottom to the pan. (I particularly mix with the fire off).
- Once that's done, put it in the refractory and cover with the mozzarella. Put it in the oven just to melt the cheese. Just add the potato straw and taste.
