- Small chicken breast4 unit(s)
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Minced Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Chicken broth1/2 cup
- Sour cream1 cup
- Chopped Parsley2 tablespoon
- Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise and season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Reserve and cover to keep warm.
- In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook just until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the chicken broth and the cream.
- Bring the sauce to a boil and stir in the bottom of the pan to deglaze.
- Let the sauce thicken and reduce by half, for 3-4 minutes.
- Return the chicken and place it in the sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Now just serve!😉
