- Chicken breast500 g
- Onion and Garlic Powder to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Beaten eggs for breading2 unit(s)
- Flour for breading to taste
- Oil for frying400 ml
- Cut the chicken to the size you want and season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Dip the chicken in the beaten egg and then in the flour, do this twice and fry in very hot oil.
- Serve with lemon and fried polenta
