- Potatoes1 kg
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Homemade Seasoning1 tablespoon
- Ground pepper1 teaspoon
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Farofa Ready4 cup
- Mayonnaise4 tablespoon
- In a bowl place the chicken, all the seasonings and the mayonnaise. Mix very well rubbing the seasonings into the chicken.
- Place on a greased baking sheet and roast the chicken. While the chicken is roasting, peel the potatoes and cook with 3 cups of water, add salt to taste.
- Cook until slightly kneaded and then drain the water. Place the potatoes between the chicken pieces and cook until the chicken is golden brown.
- Bake in a high oven, until crispy on the outside and well roasted on the inside and soft. It can be served with rice and green salad.
