- Salt3 teaspoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Oranges2 unit(s)

- Lemons for washing the turkey2 unit(s)
- Remove the giblets from the turkey
- Wash the turkey thoroughly under running water inside and out. Place the turkey in a large bowl, fill it with water and squeeze the lemons, soak in this water for about 10 minutes to remove the strong smell
- In another bowl pour the mayonnaise, the cream of onion, the salt, the broth of an orange and mix well until it becomes a cream. Spread this cream all over the turkey until it is completely covered with this cream (make holes with a fork in the turkey for the seasoning to penetrate better).
- Inside the turkey put the margarine, the whole red onion and the rosemary branch and tie the turkey legs. Marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours in a food-safe bag and tie tightly.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil.
- Always take it to the oven at medium temperature so that the turkey is well roasted and not raw inside. When the turkey has been in the oven for 2 hours, remove the aluminum foil, drizzle the turkey with the broth from the other orange, if there is any onion cream left, give it another pass over the turkey breast.
- Leave until the turkey is very golden and with a golden cone on top. Put it on a platter.
