- In a bowl, season the chicken with lemon, salt, pepper, crushed garlic, paprika and set aside.
- Mix the wheat flour with the yeast
- Dip the chicken pieces in the egg and then in the flour.
- Fry in hot oil until golden.
- Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels.
- Serve it hot.
