- Raisins to taste

- Butter2 tablespoon
- Beaten eggs2 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chopped garlic clove1 unit(s)
- Frozen French fries150 g
- Use the rice, grated carrot, raisins and garlic to make Greek rice (recipe already published).
- Season the chicken steaks with salt and pepper.
- Dip the chicken in egg and breadcrumbs to coat. Reserve.
- Dip the sliced apple and bananas in egg and breadcrumbs to coat. Reserve.
- Put the potatoes to fry in the air fryer or in very hot oil for immersion.
- Deep fry the fruits until golden.
- Deep fry the chicken steaks until golden.
- In a frying pan, melt the butter and sauté the peas and chopped hearts of palm with salt and black pepper.
