- 1.5kg Chicken breast1 unit(s)
- Can of sour cream1 unit(s)
- Half a can of tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Shitake Mushroom Tray2 unit(s)
- Chopped Olives to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves5 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Mixed seasoning to taste
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Before you start, chop: onion, garlic, olive (if not chopped) and the chicken into cubes.
- Place the chicken in a pot and mix salt and mixed seasoning to taste. Reserve.
- In a large pan, place the butter, onion and garlic. Don't let it get golden brown.
- Add the chicken little by little, so it will fry, not cook.
- Then add the tomato sauce and let it reduce.
- Add the olives and the shitake. Mix.
- Add the cream and stir again. Let it settle for a few minutes and you're done!
- Tip: You can use any mushroom you like. It can be Champignon, Paris mushroom or another one of your choice.
