- Squeezed lemon1 tablespoon
- Minced garlic1 tablespoon
- Ground cumin1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Season the drumsticks and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
- Place them on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
