- Chimichurri50 g
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Water50 ml
- Salt to taste
- Cut the drumsticks in half Boil water, mix with garlic (crushed), chimichurri and olive oil, adding salt. Then season the drumstick with this sauce and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes. In a mold, place the seasoned drumsticks and cover with aluminum foil (remembering that the shiny part is on the inside where the drumstick is), after 30 min remove the foil and return to the oven until golden.
