- Butter to taste
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic and mustard, let it taste.
- Cut an onion into large cubes about 2 cm, in a pan put the oil, add the onion and let it brown well. Add the chicken, and sauté until it is cooked if you need to add water.
- Cut the tomato, onion and pepper into slices and add to the chicken and let it cook for 3 minutes and turn off.
