  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Oil2 cup
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Saffron1 coffee spoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Teriyaki Sauce4 tablespoon
  • Pepper1 teaspoon
  1. Place the chicken in a bowl and add the lemon juice.
  2. Season the drumsticks with a little salt, pepper and saffron.
  3. In a pan I put the oil to heat up, it has to be very hot, fry the drumsticks and set aside.
  4. In another pan, place the margarine, onion and garlic and sauté well.
  5. Then add the TERIYAKI sauce and stir until it forms a very consistent sauce.
  6. Then put the fried drumsticks and mix in the sauce until it gets well bodied.
  7. Put chopped parsley on top as soon as you turn off the heat and it's ready.
