- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Heat a skillet and add the oil. When it is hot, place the magret with the skin already checkered (do it with the knife as I showed in the video) and leave it until the skin is golden. Flip and leave for another 3 minutes. Wait about 5 minutes to slice and serve rare.
