- Duck breast500 g
- Bean sprouts250 g
- Rice noodles400 g
- Peanut1/2 cup
- Coriander to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Tamarind paste1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Shoyo1 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Honey2 tablespoon
- Orange2 unit(s)
- Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste and sear in the skillet until golden.
- Boil water for the pasta.
- For the sauce. Chop the garlic and onion and brown in the oil. Add the soy sauce, tamarind paste, sesame oil, honey and orange juice. Boil over low heat until thickened.
- Boil the pasta until al dente.
- Cut the meat into fillets.
- To assemble the dish. Serve the pasta, cover with the bean sprouts, peanuts and cilantro. Serve the meat with the sauce on top.
