- Ponzu sauce50 ml
- Salt and pepper10 g
- Season the duck breast with salt and pepper
- Grill the brisket until the fat is browned and golden, turn and grill for another 2 minutes.
- Let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes
- Cut into thin slices (pay attention to the direction of the cut so that the fibers do not get long)
- Arrange in a shallow dish, place chives and grated ginger over the cut breast pieces
- Drizzle with ponzu sauce
