- Beat the 3 egg whites until they form a light snow, then add a pinch of salt. Keep hitting.
- Add the wheat flour sifting in the beaten eggs
- Then mix the ham, cilantro and tomato with the eggs.
- Grease the skillet or put a little oil and take it to low heat, then pour the mixture.
