- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil for sealing to taste
- Tomato sauce of your choice8 tablespoon
- Grated or sliced mozzarella cheese200 g
- Wash the chicken fillets with lemon or vinegar
- Season with the grated onion, garlic, salt, mustard and pepper.
- In a frying pan or pan with a lid, put the oil and add the onion, let it brown.
- Add the chicken fillets and let them brown on both sides. When they are cooked put the tomato sauce, 2 spoons on each fillet
- Add a little water so it doesn't get dry, and then add the mozzarella. Lower the heat and cover the pan.
- Turn off the fire and let the mozzarella finish melting, put oregano and you can call the family to serve lunch! Enjoy your food!
