- Raw Artoz300 g
- Garlic1 g
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Oil1 to taste
- Heat the oven to 180°. Season the drumstick with garlic, lemon and salt. Place on baking sheet and bake in oven until golden brown.
- Making the cauliflower: put water to heat or steam it already cut. Season with olive oil, salt and fry garlic to throw on top.
- Make the rice: put ojeo and something chopped in the pan, add the rice, sauté a little, add water, two fingers above the rice. Cover, let it dry and turn it off.
