- Breast fillet1 kg
- Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- Seasonings to taste
- Cut your breast fillets about 1 finger thin. Add vinegar, salt and season as usual. After seasoning, mix the mayonnaise with a pinch of oregano and place in the air fryer. If you think it's better, add a little more mayonnaise and oregano when turning the fillet side over for approximately 10 minutes or when you think it's done.
