- Cooked and shredded chicken300 g
- Chicken cooking water1/2 cup
- Cooked corn1 cup
- Skimmed milk1 cup
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1/3 cup
- Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
- Chopped green seasoning1 dessert spoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Whisk together the milk, chicken cooking water, sauce, starch and salt in a blender until smooth. Reserve.
- In a pan, heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
- Add the paprika, chicken, salt and pepper and mix.
- Add the blender mixture and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Finish with the green seasoning and serve with brown rice with carrots.
