- Chicken breast cut into medium cubes250 g
- Parboiled rice1 cup
- Chopped pupunha palm heart1/2 cup
- Cooked corn1/2 cup
- Homemade sauce and tomatoes1 cup
- Chopped Onion1/3 cup
- Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Green seasoning to taste
- Colorau1 teaspoon
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Heat the oil in a pan and brown the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper. Reserve.
- In the same pan, add a little more oil and brown the onion and garlic. Add the paprika and mix well until dissolved.
- Add the tomato sauce, return the chicken to the pan, add the bay leaf, hearts of palm and corn.
- Cook for another 3 minutes and add the rice and 2 more cups of hot water.
- Adjust the salt and let it cook until the rice is ready. Finish with the green seasoning.
