- Chicken breast cut into pieces300 g
- Dried Onion1 tablespoon
- Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Chopped green seasoning1 dessert spoon
- grated carrot1/3 cup
- Ground cumin1 coffee spoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Chickpea flour to taste
- Turmeric Powder to taste
- Oat flakes to taste
- Mix chickpea flour, oatmeal, turmeric and a pinch of salt and set aside. (It's for breading)
- Place all other ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth.
- Shape the nuggets with a hand well greased with olive oil and coat in the flour mixture.
- Place them on a non-stick baking sheet greased with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC for 20-30 minutes or until golden.
