- Cooked brown rice3 tablespoon
- Seasoned Shredded Chicken4 tablespoon
- Cooked Butter Beans4 tablespoon
- Cherry tomato to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- In a GrowPack package, start assembling your Fitness lunchbox for the week
- Add the seasoned shredded chicken and place the cherry tomatoes on top, add the cooked brown rice and the butter beans and that's it
- * cook the butter beans in a common pan for about 50 minutes (this type of beans does not form broth)
- Keep your lunchbox in the fridge and Serve with extra virgin olive oil to taste 😉
