- Recipe
- Free-range chicken1 kg
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Pepper1 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Scented Pepper3 unit(s)
- Color2 tablespoon
- coffee powder1 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Garlic to taste
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Cassava flour2 cup
- Black pepper to taste
- Cut the chicken and season with garlic and salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil with very hot oil to sauté.
- Add the tomato, bell pepper, onion and chili pepper and half of the green smell.
- Add the coloring and coffee powder and mix. The coffee powder is a tip for the chicken to get a brownish color because I don't use the animal's blood.
- Add water to cover the chicken and cook in the pressure cooker for 40 minutes.
- After cooking, remove a small pan from the broth to make the mush.
- For the mush, just put the broth to boil over low heat and add the flour, stirring constantly until it thickens.
- As soon as you're ready. Sprinkle chopped green smell over the mush and chicken and serve with white rice
