- Whole chicken cut into pieces1 unit(s)
- String beans1 kg
- Potato400 g
- Cassava Flour500 g
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Garlic1 g
- Bunch of coriander1 to taste
- Tomato6 unit(s)
- Coloral to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Let the beans soak. Put it in the pan. After taking pressure off and season with salt, something, oil and cilantro. Reserve
- Cut the seasonings: garlic, onion, tomato, cilantro.
- In the pan put the onion and garlic to braise. Add the chicken pieces. Add the tomatoes, add some coriander and paprika and salt. Stir, cover and let it cook well. Cover with water and let it cook. Then add the potatoes cut into large cubes and cook until soft.
- Farofa: in the frying pan put oil, paprika and flour, stir until it becomes crispy. Turn off the fire. Reserve.
- See if the chicken is very tender, adjust the salt, paprika and finish with more cilantro.
