- In a blender, beat the corn, cream cheese, water
- In a pan add the chicken, cook the chicken in the water to dry, then shred the chicken well
- Saute the cream you made in the blender mix with the shredded chicken, correct the salt and pepper mix well
- Place the sauté in a tray of your choice, cover with mozzarella and leave it in the oven until the cheese melts.
- To finish add the potato straw spread well, it's ready
