- I started by seasoning the chicken. Chop into large cubes. I put vinegar, oregano, salt, black pepper and paprika, and squeezed the lemon. Stir well and set aside
- I put the breadcrumbs in a pot and started to pass the pieces of chicken.
- I put some oil in the pan and let it heat up. I added some chicken and let it fry. Flip the chicken over to fry the other side.
- Then remove the chicken from the oil and drain on a paper towel and then just serve.
