- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Turmeric2 teaspoon
- Garam massala (see recipe below)2 teaspoon

- Coconut Milk150 ml
- Fresh cream150 ml
- For Garam Massala: Nutmeg1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander Grain1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger Powder1/2 teaspoon
- Cardamom1/2 teaspoon
- Clove powder1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Cinnamon1/2 teaspoon
- Garam Masala Mix everything and hit the mixer or blender;
- for the chicken Heat a pan with 1 tsp of oil and butter; Fry the chopped onion and ginger. Let it braise; Chop the chicken into cubes, add to the pan and let it brown; Add the chopped tomato and let it sauté a little until the tomato water is released;
- Add coconut milk, cream, Indian curry, turmeric and Garam Masala; Let it cook until the chicken is soft, adjust the salt and finish with the green smell;
