  • Gizzard1 kg
  • Tomato sauce1 cup
  • Black beer350 ml
  • Tomato, onion, pepper, garlic, paprika and salt to taste
  1. Saute the gizzards well with the seasonings
  2. Add the tomato sauce, add the beer
  3. Close the pressure cooker and cook for 25 minutes after getting pressure
  4. Serve with slices of bread
