- Season the already cleaned chicken with vinegar, minced garlic, and salt.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the chopped or grated onion, and the powdered seasoning of your choice.
- Spread the mixture on the chicken and place it in a plastic bag suitable for baking in the oven. On a baking sheet, bake at 250° for 1 hour, carefully remove the plastic. Drizzle the chicken with the broth from the roasting pan and return the chicken to the oven until golden.
