- Turkey hearts1 kg
- Dry white wine300 ml
- Sage1 cup
- Minced garlic cloves5 unit(s)
- Coarse salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Remove the artery part of the turkey hearts and cut them with a knife until they look like small steaks (butterfly cut).
- Make a marinade with white wine and other seasonings.
- Leave the hearts to marinate for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator.
- Skewer the hearts on wooden skewers and grill over a strong brazier for at least 10 minutes on each side.
- Take the already roasted hearts to a cutting board and slice into strips.
- It's great for a snack accompanied by a cold beer or soft drink.
