- Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tablespoon
- Turmeric Powder1 tablespoon
- Smoked paprika1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Apple Cider Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- In a bowl, place the cleaned and skinless fillets.
- Start by adding the oil and vinegar.
- Season with salt, smoked paprika and saffron and let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Preheat a nonstick skillet
- Add the fillets and let them brown.
- Turn it aside and wait for it to brown well and turn off the heat.
- Add the oregano and serve immediately 😋
