- Chicken heart500 g
- soy sauce1/4 cup
- Cachaça2 tablespoon
- Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
- White onion cut into medium pieces1 cup
- Wooden skewers for skewers8 unit(s)
- Season the hearts with soy sauce, cachaça and garlic and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Skewer the hearts on the skewer alternating with the onion pieces.
- Bake on the grill or air fryer for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.
