- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Saffron to taste
- salt to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1/4 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- breadcrumbs1/4 cup
- Process the raw chicken, with the onion, garlic and seasonings until it forms a paste. Shape the nuggets and coat in the following order: wheat flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Brush the oil on one side of the nuggets. Preheat the airfryer and place the nuggets with the oil side down. This will protect the nuggets from sticking to the basket. Fry them for 20 min at 180 degrees. Tip: in the middle of the time, shake the airfryer basket to prevent the nuggets from sticking to the basket.
