- Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs1/2 kg

- Wheat flour200 g
- Panko flour150 g
- Garlic (clove)3 unit(s)
- Small onion1/2 unit(s)
- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Oil500 ml
- Clean the chicken, removing excess fat, and cut into large cubes. Peel the garlic and chop the onion into large cubes.
- With the help of a food processor, grind the chicken breast cubes, with the salt, garlic and onion, until it becomes a dough.
- Divide the dough into approximately 30g balls (the size of a small lemon), that is, a full tablespoon. Flatten with your hands, leaving it in the shape of a disk.
- Bread, first in the flour, then in the egg and then in the panko. Fry in hot oil (180°C to 200°C), until the balls are golden.
