- Chicken breast500 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Butter50 g
- Wheat flour50 g
- Milk500 ml
- Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Cooked rice2 cup
- Peas1/2 cup
- Mozzarella Cheese100 g
- Straw Potato1 cup
- Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
- Parsley and Oregano to taste
- Curry1 teaspoon
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and season with salt, pepper and curry powder. In a skillet, add the olive oil, let it heat up and then sauté the onion first and then the garlic. Add the chicken and let it brown well. Reserve.
- Bechamel sauce In a pan add the butter and wheat. With a wire whisk, mix for 2 minutes. Add the milk, stirring constantly. Add the curd and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Add the chicken to the béchamel sauce. Then add the cooked rice, peas and chopped parsley.
- Take the mixture to a refractory, cover with the grated mozzarella and oregano to taste. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to brown.
- Remove from the oven, cover with potato straw and serve!
