- Oil2 tablespoon
- Water4 cup
- Fry the garlic in the oil and then put the seasoned chicken fillet to brown, until it is completely fried. Remove the chicken and in the same pan pour the washed rice, water, cauliflower, potatoes and seasonings. Leave it on low heat until the water starts to dry and before finishing the process, place the fried chicken pieces on top of the rice so that it is served hot.
