- Breadcrumbs2 cup
- Oil for frying2 cup
- I started by seasoning the chicken fillets.
- I put the chopped garlic, chopped parsley, oregano, black pepper and salt. Mix everything and set aside
- Now I put the breadcrumbs in a deep dish and passed the fillets squeezing well to coat well.
- Now put the oil in a large pan and let it heat up.
- Then put the fillets and let it fry. Turn only when they are fried. And then put it on a paper towel and let it drain.
