  • Chives1 cup
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Colorau1 tablespoon
  • Crushed garlic1 tablespoon

  1. Cook rice al dente in a separate pot.
  2. Cook the carrots and potatoes in another and let them cook al dente in salted water, then remove and pour cold water to stop the cooking.
  3. Season the thigh with garlic, black pepper, lemon, salt, and fry in a large pan.
  4. In the same pan that you fried the chicken, leave a little oil and fry the paprika, tomato paste and chicken broth and then pour boiling water to the extent before covering the chicken, let it cook until the broth thickens.
