- Chicken Tulips (middle of the roast)400 g
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- Sanchê de sanzón northeast flavor (or chicken)1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic cloves (medium)3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Place the chicken tulips in a bowl and season with mustard, mayonnaise, seasoning, garlic, salt and black pepper;
- Mix everything very well, cover with plastic film and take it to the fridge to rest for at least 20 minutes;
- AT AIRFRYER: After this time, place it in the airfryer and bake for 30 minutes (turning the tulips halfway through) at 200°c;
- IN THE OVEN: place the tulips in a refractory and cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°c for 25 minutes; After this time, remove the aluminum foil and return to the oven until golden. Ready, now just taste 😉.
