- Slices of bread2 unit(s)
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Mustard to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Panko flour2 cup
- ◾ In a processor, add the chicken, onion, garlic and slices of bread and beat until you get a paste.
- ◾ Seasoning with salt, pepper and green smell. Add the egg and mix well. Reserve.
- ◾ Take portions of the chicken paste, format in hand and bread in panko flour or another one of your preference.
- ◾ Fry in hot oil or can still be taken to bake.
