- Green smell to taste
- Chopped Pepper2 tablespoon
- Tomato slices4 unit(s)
- Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- Mix the eggs with 1 pinch of salt just to break up the yolks. Reserve
- In a bowl, mix the sardines, onion and pepper. Also put k smell green, if you prefer
- In a frying pan, put some butter and pour the eggs to make the omelet.
- Turn to brown lightly on both sides, and place the sardine filling and tomato.
- Carefully fold the omelet and spread some butter on top. Enjoy your food!
