- Chicken breast fillets350 g
- Red and yellow peppers, sliced into strips0.5 cup
- Onion sliced into half moons0.5 cup
- Minced garlic1 teaspoon
- Shoyu light1 tablespoon
- grated ginger1 teaspoon
- Sweet paprika1 coffee spoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Season the chicken fillets with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, paprika, pepper and salt (if necessary). Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- In a non-stick skillet, heat half the oil and brown the chicken fillets. Reserve on a separate plate.
- In the same skillet, add the rest of the oil and sauté the onion and peppers with a pinch of salt.
- Return the fillets to the skillet and mix with the sauté for about 2 minutes. Add a little water if necessary.
